Project Description

The scope of the project includes the preparation of comprehensive designs and engineering studies for a wide range of infrastructure projects.

These projects encompass key elements such as:

  • Bridges
  • Intersections
  • Lighting systems
  • Roads
  • Surface rainwater drainage systems
  • Buildings and facilities
  • Gardens and landscaping
  • Pedestrian walkways

In addition to the preparation of these designs, the project will also focus on the review and approval of engineering studies, design engineering, and architectural works to ensure that all aspects meet the required standards, regulations, and specifications. The goal is to create a cohesive and functional infrastructure plan that enhances urban mobility, sustainability, and the overall quality of life in the area.

Scope of Work

The scope of services includes the following key tasks:

  • Providing periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on the project’s progress, highlighting any obstacles or areas of concern that may impact the timely completion or quality of the project.
  • Preparing designs, engineering studies, and specifications for essential infrastructure components, including roads, bridges, drainage systems, buildings, facilities, gardens, and pedestrian walkways, ensuring alignment with the project’s goals and requirements.
  • Updating specifications and preparing cost estimates using specialized software tools, applying value engineering principles to optimize costs and maximize the value of the project.
  • Reviewing and approving completed and ongoing engineering designs and studies, ensuring they comply with relevant standards, regulations, and best practices. Providing detailed recommendations to improve designs or resolve any issues identified during the review process.
  • Providing project inspection reports upon request from the Holy Capital Municipality, ensuring that construction works and progress adhere to the required quality and safety standards. These reports will support effective decision-making and project oversight.
