Studies and engineering design for the unified service and launch centers, including (Road Security Center, Civil Defense Center, Comprehensive Ambulance Center (ground ambulance, air ambulance) and Road Maintenance Center) along the Shaybah Road leading to the Empty Quarter land port in (Eastern Province) ,and along the Makkah – Madina Road ( Hijra Road ) in (Makkah Al Mokaramah and Al Madinah Almonawara regions) and tying them with such roads
