Project Description
The project involves comprehensive construction supervision of the following administrative building projects for the Madinah Municipality:
1- Control and Command Building affiliated with the Madinah Municipality. It is a large administrative building with public service facilities, covering a total building area of 5,672 square meters.
2- Construction of 14 Buildings (boundary markers) for the sacred limits of Madinah from the eastern side.
3- Construction of security guard facilities affiliated with the Madinah Municipality (Construction and implementation of (7) large-scale models and (48) small-scale models for (7) municipalities, (47) parks and gardens, and public facilities).
4-Supervision of studies for new building projects affiliated with the Madinah Municipality, which include the following studies:

- The Municipality Warehouses Project, consisting of large metal structures.
- The Workers’ Housing Project, which includes a large administrative and residential building.
Aimed at improving engineering regulations and specifications to keep pace with rapid advancements in the construction sector. The project focuses on enhancing the quality and technical standards of the buildings through the integration of advanced electronic and design applications. This approach ensures that the projects meet modern demands, aligning with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to modernize infrastructure, promote sustainability, and elevate the quality of urban development in the Kingdom.

Services Provided:
- Design Review of Building Works: Conducting a thorough review of the building design to ensure it meets project requirements, complies with relevant codes and standards, and aligns with the client’s objectives. This process identifies potential issues early, allowing for necessary adjustments before construction begins.
- Construction Supervision: A comprehensive oversight of the construction phase to ensure quality, adherence to timelines, and compliance with contractual agreements. Key activities include:
- Quality Control: Implementing systematic inspections, testing, and evaluations to ensure that construction work meets the required standards. This includes monitoring materials, workmanship, and compliance with safety regulations to maintain high-quality execution.
- Time and Progress Control: Tracking the progress of construction to ensure that work is completed within the scheduled timeline. This includes assessing potential delays, proposing corrective actions, and maintaining close communication with the contractor to keep the project on track.
- Contract Administration: Managing all aspects of the contract, including reviewing and approving variation orders, resolving disputes, and handling claims. This ensures that contractual obligations are met, and any deviations from the original scope are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner
- Contractor’s Submittals Review and Approval: Reviewing and approving all contractor submittals, such as materials, shop drawings, and method statements, to ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards. This step is essential for maintaining the integrity of the project design and ensuring compliance throughout construction.
- Risk Management and Control: Identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks throughout the construction process. This involves assessing potential risks to project objectives, implementing proactive measures, and ensuring that risk management strategies are continually updated to address emerging concerns.
- Project Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of all project activities, including progress reports, inspection records, meeting minutes, and any issues that arise during construction. This documentation ensures transparency, facilitates decision-making, and provides a historical record of project activities.
- Review of As-Built Drawings and Final Payment Certificate: Conducting a final review of as-built drawings to verify that all construction work matches the original design intent and project requirements. Additionally, reviewing the final payment certificate ensures that all contractual terms have been met before the final payment is made to the contractor
