include all the design/engineering disciplines, in addition to all the associated aspects of the
development including Master plan studies, traffic studies, services utilities, etc.; the main disciplines,
but not limited to, that will be subjected for the design review services are summarized.:

• Traffic and planning studies
• Civil Engineering
• MEP Works
• Building Systems
• Associated Engineering specialties
• (Waste Management, Sustainability, Environmental studies, Acoustics,
• Wayfinding, Kitchen design, BOH/FOH strategy etc.
