The project is developed along Safwan Road, covering an average area of 258,368 m², with a building area of 155,021 m² designed to accommodate a population of 1,700 people. The development includes mixed-use plots featuring residential and commercial buildings. The scope of work involves a design review of the master plan and the infrastructure works serving plots N04, N05, and N06. This review will ensure that the designs meet both functional and aesthetic requirements while adhering to local regulations and standards. The goal is to optimize space usage, enhance infrastructure efficiency, and provide a sustainable and livable environment for the community.

Master Plan Design Review: Assessing the layout, zoning, and spatial arrangement of the master plan to ensure optimal land use, accessibility, and integration of residential and commercial spaces in line with the project’s objectives.
Infrastructure Design Review: Evaluating the design of key infrastructure elements, including roads, utilities, drainage systems, and public amenities, ensuring they meet required standards for functionality, sustainability, and safety.
Compliance and Regulatory Review: Ensuring that all designs for plots N04, N05, and N06 comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental guidelines, while also addressing potential challenges related to site conditions.
