Sewerage Network: Designing and constructing an efficient and sustainable sewerage system to ensure effective wastewater management for the area.
Water Supply Network: Establishing a reliable water supply network to provide potable water to the region, supporting both residential and commercial needs.
Stormwater Drainage Network: Implementing a stormwater drainage system to manage surface water runoff, preventing flooding and ensuring effective water flow during rainfall.
Medium-Voltage and Low-Voltage Networks: Building both medium-voltage and low-voltage electrical networks to ensure adequate power distribution to the area, meeting the electrical needs of the infrastructure and future developments.
Street Lighting: Installing street lighting systems to enhance safety and visibility on the roads and public spaces, contributing to a secure and well-lit environment.

Construction Supervision Services for the project include the following key areas:
- Quality Control: Ensuring that all construction activities meet the required quality standards through rigorous inspection, testing, and evaluation of materials, workmanship, and processes.
- Time and Progress Control: Monitoring the construction schedule, tracking progress against planned milestones, and ensuring the timely completion of the project by addressing any delays and implementing corrective actions.
- Contract Administration: Managing the contract terms, including handling variation orders, resolving disputes, and overseeing claims management to ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions.
- Contractor’s Submittals Review and Approval: Reviewing and approving all contractor submissions, including materials, design plans, and methodology, to ensure they align with project requirements and specifications.
- Risk Management and Control: Identifying potential risks to the project and implementing strategies to mitigate or control them, ensuring the project remains on track and within scope.
- Payment Certificates Review and Approval: Reviewing and approving payment certificates submitted by the contractor, ensuring that payments align with the work completed and the contract terms.
- Project Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive documentation throughout the project, including progress reports, inspection logs, meeting minutes, and any other necessary records to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Review of As-Built Drawings and Final Payment Certificate: Reviewing the as-built drawings to ensure they accurately reflect the completed works and preparing the final payment certificate based on the project’s final status.
- Project Handover: Coordinating the formal handover of the completed project to the relevant authorities, including the National Water Company (NWC) and the Economic Cities Zones Authority (ECZA), ensuring that all required documentation and approvals are in place for final acceptance.
