The project scope includes the comprehensive supervision of initiatives managed by the General Administration of Project Implementation and the Operations and Maintenance Management with the following services provided:

• Schedule Management and Work Progress Monitoring: Ensuring that projects stay on schedule, with consistent tracking of work progress and mitigation of potential delays.
• Traffic Safety Management: Managing traffic safety during construction to minimize disruption and ensure public safety.
• Roads and Lighting: Supervising the construction and improvement of road networks and lighting systems to enhance accessibility and safety.
• Flood Risk Mitigation and Stormwater Drainage Systems: Overseeing projects aimed at reducing flood risks and improving stormwater management.
