His proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget underscores his strong leadership and project management capabilities.

Hassan’s extensive experience includes overseeing significant highway design and supervision projects in major Saudi cities such as Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Tabuk, and Al-Ahsa for the Ministry of Transport. His contributions to infrastructure development in Egypt are especially noteworthy, including key roles in the Cairo/Alexandria Desert Road and the Greater Cairo ring road. Additionally, he has engaged in international collaborations, partnering with Spanish firms on road development initiatives in Egypt and participating in projects in Kuwait.

Throughout his career, Hassan has held key positions, including serving as Resident Engineer for Dar Al-Handasah Consultants, where he managed the Storm Water Drainage Network project at Mena Shrine in Holy Makkah. As Executive Director, he oversaw the significant Riyadh Ring Road – West leg. His site engineering experience is further exemplified by his supervision of the Riyadh/Dammam Expressway for the Ministry of Communications during his tenure with Rashid Engineering.
